At VONTOBEL, we believe sustainable development can be only achieved through a socially responsible behavior. VONTOBEL provides guidance to public and private organizations around the world on how to tackle Social Responsibility issues and how to apply it internally at all functional levels:

A full detailed assessment and review of the Organization in order to evaluate its corporate policy, way of functioning, internal culture, decision-making process and actions in regards to the key principles of Social Responsibility. VONTOBEL has defined a strategic methodological framework taking into account the key social principles based on international standards and guiding principles such as ISO 26000, GRI strategic guidelines, SD 21000 and other relevant methodological documents on Social Responsibility.
Based on the previous evaluation, VONTOBEL elaborates a set of recommendations for Social Responsibility improvements within the Organization. All recommendations are then presented during a validation meeting. In close cooperation with the Management staff, our team will identify the future guidelines and main orientation of the Social Responsibility actions the Organization wants to implement. VONTOBEL will then develop a tailored strategic document for Social Responsibility improvements together with its action plan for implementation including specific Global Performance indicators.
